Barack Obama, born in Honolulu, Hawaii on 4th of August, 1951, is the 44th president of United States of America. He became the first African-American to hold the president’s office. He graduated from Columbia University and Harvard Law School. His personal traits features answers to these questions:

Right from the start of his presidential career Barack Obama was keen on putting his weight on the development and growth of US.

Barack Obama wrote his first book in 1995 named as Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance which was re-published in August 2004. His second book was named as ‘The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream’ in 2006 and described his mother as a non-religious and father as an atheist. The book hit the number 1 charts on New York Times and Amazon.com in 2006. His third book: Of Thee I Sing: A Letter to My Daughters was published in 2010. It was described by the publisher in following words: a moving tribute to thirteen groundbreaking Americans and the ideals that have shaped our nation. His other two books feature Barack Obama in his own words (published in 2007) and Change We Can Believe In (Published in 2008).

In the April of 2012, Obama announced his campaign for re-election as a US president.  He also filed re-election papers with election commission after securing 2778 convention delegates.
